Middle School Elementary Registered Behavior Technician in Navasota, TX

Step into a dynamic and impactful role supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This contract position offers the chance to provide critical one-on-one behavioral support to students in both dedicated behavior classrooms and life skills environments. You’ll play a key role in fostering positive growth and independence while working closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams—all in a welcoming school environment.

Highlights of the assignment:

• Immediate start for the remainder of the academic year, with strong potential for renewal and summer opportunities
• Hours: Monday through Friday, approximately 7:15am–3:30pm (slight variations possible)
• Locations include both an elementary behavior support classroom and life skills support settings, including the possibility of working with more aggressive student cases

Desired profile:

• Current RBT certification
• Prior experience in schools is highly valued
• Demonstrated expertise as an RBT or in behavior intervention is a top priority
• For cross-campus/life skills classroom: Candidates with CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training or experience handling aggressive caseloads are especially encouraged to apply
