Qualifications/Skills:

• Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required
• Previous experience working in school or pediatric environments preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans accurately and consistently
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and staff
• Proficient in maintaining accurate, timely documentation
• Adaptable and patient, able to respond to changing needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Record and track progress data for students receiving ABA services
• Implement individualized education and behavioral intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school personnel to support student success
• Provide constructive feedback to students using positive reinforcement strategies
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and training sessions
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times
