Qualifications/Skills:
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric environments preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans accurately and consistently
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and staff
- Proficient in maintaining accurate, timely documentation
- Adaptable and patient, able to respond to changing needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Record and track progress data for students receiving ABA services
- Implement individualized education and behavioral intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school personnel to support student success
- Provide constructive feedback to students using positive reinforcement strategies
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and training sessions
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times
