Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and observation skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans consistently and adapt as needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to students as outlined by supervising BCBA
• Implement individualized educational, treatment, and behavioral plans
• Collect and record data on student progress, behaviors, and response to interventions
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education teams, and other school professionals
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing staff training for professional growth
• Support a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for students at all times
