Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (please provide your certification or screenshot when applying)
- Experience working with children and young adults in educational or therapeutic environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to maintain detailed progress notes and documentation
- Compassion, adaptability, and a genuine interest in supporting students of varying needs and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based behavioral interventions as outlined by supervising BCBA
- Support students with varying skill levels, tailoring approaches from early learners to those in transition (ages Pre-K to 22)
- Work closely with educators, therapists, and families to set goals and track measurable progress
- Assist with behavior intervention planning, behavior data collection, and implementation of individualized support plans
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices at all times
