Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• Active Delaware PARA Permit (required)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, particularly with elementary students
• Demonstrated experience working with students requiring physical intervention strategies
• Skilled in collecting behavioral and instructional data in classroom settings
• Ability and willingness to support students with daily living activities, including toileting, diapering, and hygiene tasks
• Exceptional teamwork and flexibility to adapt to classroom assignment changes as needed
• Must have reliable transportation to ensure punctual and consistent attendance

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class behavioral and instructional support to students in an autism program
• Collect accurate behavioral and classroom data, assisting in progress monitoring and goal setting
• Implement intervention strategies as directed by educational and clinical staff
• Engage in all student support activities, including personal care and hygiene routines
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt to shifts in assignments to address changing classroom or school needs
