Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or pediatric setting

  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect behavioral data

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups to deliver support tailored to students’ needs
  • Collect, record, and report on data accurately
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to monitor progress and share strategies
  • Assist with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and provide consistent, proactive feedback
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times within the educational setting
