Desired Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or pediatric setting

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work one-on-one or in small groups to deliver support tailored to students’ needs
- Collect, record, and report on data accurately
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to monitor progress and share strategies
- Assist with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and provide consistent, proactive feedback
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times within the educational setting
