Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out direct ABA therapy sessions with students under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Assist in assessment and ongoing data collection to track student progress
• Support classroom teachers and staff by implementing behavior intervention plans
• Help teach social, communication, and adaptive skills as outlined in treatment plans
• Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct at all times
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and collaborative planning
