Desired qualifications and skills:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required (please include a screenshot upon application)
• Experience providing direct behavioral therapy to children or adolescents, preferably within a school environment
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent observation, communication, and data collection skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and caregivers
• Professional and compassionate approach to supporting students with autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, or related needs

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral goals
• Support positive classroom behavior through reinforcement strategies
• Communicate regularly with the educational team and families as needed
• Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
