Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Deliver direct, one-on-one behavioral support both in and out of the classroom
  • Accurately track, record, and report on student progress and behavioral data
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support positive learning environments
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the adjustment of intervention strategies as needed
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all students
