What you’ll bring:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license – required
  • Experience working with middle school-aged students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies
  • Ability to provide consistent, patient, and empathetic support to students with behavioral challenges
  • Strong communication skills with students, teachers, and families
  • Dependability, flexibility, and a proactive approach in dynamic school settings

In this role, you will:

  • Work 1:1 with a middle school student, implementing tailored behavioral intervention plans
  • Apply evidence-based techniques to encourage positive behavioral change
  • Monitor and document student progress and provide regular feedback to the behavioral team
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and school staff to foster a supportive classroom environment
  • Adjust strategies as needed based on observed student needs and progress
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and motivating learning atmosphere
