Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - New Rochelle, New York

Exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ABA Therapist to make a difference in the lives of students! This full-time, onsite contract role runs through June 25, 2027, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30am to 3:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break each day.

Bring your expertise to a supportive school environment, working closely with students to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Your experience in behavioral interventions and dedication to student progress will be instrumental in helping children develop essential skills and thrive academically.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Active RBT credential or experience as an ABA Therapist
• Proven background in delivering effective ABA therapy in educational or clinical settings
• Strong understanding of behavioral support strategies and data collection
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to fostering growth and learning in students with diverse needs

Core responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA interventions to support student development
• Collect, monitor, and record behavioral data to inform ongoing planning
• Collaborate with behavior specialists, teachers, and families on program adjustments
• Support students in classrooms and other school settings as needed
• Maintain a positive, encouraging environment for each student
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings for continued professional growth
