Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working in schools or similar educational settings preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, therapists, and families
• Ability to follow and implement behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Reliability, patience, and commitment to fostering meaningful progress for each student

General Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students to support social, behavioral, and communication goals
• Follow individualized ABA-based behavior intervention plans and collect relevant data
• Assist in the implementation of instructional and behavioral supports within classroom and specialized settings
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive, inclusive environment during ESY programming
• Communicate observations and progress to supervising BCBAs and school teams
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to all professional and ethical guidelines
