As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will make a lasting impact by fostering positive behavior changes and assisting students from Pre-K through age 22 (transition years) across diverse settings. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (please provide a copy or screenshot when applying)
  • Previous experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults in an educational or therapeutic setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively in a team environment
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability when supporting diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions under supervision of a BCBA or similar professional
  • Monitor student progress, collect and document data on behavioral goals
  • Support students ranging from early childhood (Pre-K) through age 22 during daily learning and transition activities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans within classroom, resource, and community-based settings
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to encourage student success
  • Maintain confidentiality and create a safe, encouraging learning atmosphere
