Essential Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or clinical setting
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management strategies

  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols
  • Adaptability and a patient, compassionate approach to challenges

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions as outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect, record, and summarize data related to student progress
  • Support classroom teachers in creating positive learning environments
  • Communicate regularly with clinical supervisors and educational staff
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities
