Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students to implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Accurately collect data on behaviors and progress, maintaining detailed documentation
• Support classroom teachers by aiding with behavioral and educational tasks
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students in accordance with their individualized plans
• Regularly communicate observations and progress to supervising BCBAs, educators, and family members
• Assist in the preparation of materials needed for behavior intervention
• Contribute to a positive, supportive school culture dedicated to student growth
