Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct one-on-one behavioral interventions and support students according to individualized education and behavior plans
  • Assist instructional staff in implementing behavior strategies and modifications in the classroom
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavioral goals
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs, teachers, and school staff regarding student needs and insights
  • Stay current with best practices and follow all outlined policies, procedures, and ethical standards
