Primary responsibilities include:
- Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Collecting and recording data on student behaviors and progress
- Supporting students with daily routines, social skills, and classroom participation
- Providing positive reinforcement and proactive behavioral support
- Collaborating with teaching staff, therapists, and families
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training as required
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to best practices in ABA
