  • Active RBT certification in good standing
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Experience working with children or students with autism and/or developmental delays
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to different classroom environments and student needs
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to take direction from supervising BCBAs
  • Availability for the duration of the contract assignment

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision
  • Collecting and recording data on student behaviors and progress
  • Supporting students with daily routines, social skills, and classroom participation
  • Providing positive reinforcement and proactive behavioral support
  • Collaborating with teaching staff, therapists, and families
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing training as required
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to best practices in ABA
