Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students as directed by supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behaviors
• Implement behavior intervention plans and utilize preventative strategies to reduce disruptive behaviors
• Support classroom teachers and school staff in implementing consistent behavioral supports
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding behavioral strategies and progress
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training or supervision
