Registered Behavior Technician in Newark, DE

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with integrity

• Ability to maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with all regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior support plans developed by supervising BCBA
• Collect and accurately document data on student behavior and progress
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce positive behaviors and skill acquisition
• Support teachers and school staff in managing challenging behaviors
• Participate in team meetings to review student progress and update goals
• Maintain professional and respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
