Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with integrity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability in diverse situations
- Ability to maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with all regulations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior support plans developed by supervising BCBA
- Collect and accurately document data on student behavior and progress
- Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce positive behaviors and skill acquisition
- Support teachers and school staff in managing challenging behaviors
- Participate in team meetings to review student progress and update goals
- Maintain professional and respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
