• Active RBT certification and experience working in a school setting
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or comparable role preferred
• Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support instruction and classroom management under the guidance of certified teachers
• Record behavioral data accurately and assist in monitoring student progress
• Help develop students’ social and academic skills with patience and encouragement
• Adapt to the individualized education plans (IEPs) and assist students in meeting targeted goals
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
