School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 1:1 Student Support

Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a middle school student for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a collaborative special education team while making a lasting difference in a student's educational experience.

Position Details

• Full-time, school-based position
• 1:1 support for a middle school student
• Monday-Friday, following the school calendar
• Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent 1:1 behavioral and academic support throughout the school day
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and individualized support plans
• Assist the student with remaining engaged and successful in the classroom
• Respond calmly and professionally to challenging behaviors, including verbal refusals and occasional aggressive behaviors
• Collect behavioral data and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, related service providers, and school staff to support student success

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinic, or behavioral setting preferred
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and behavior management skills
• Ability to remain patient, consistent, and professional in challenging situations
