Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Norfolk, Virginia

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and ABA principles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students
• Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and supervisory clinicians
• Support development and generalization of social, academic, and behavioral skills
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
