Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of BCBAs and special education staff
• Collect, track, and report behavioral data with attention to detail
• Support students in achieving behavioral and academic goals in both classroom and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to reinforce best practices and positive outcomes
• Offer feedback, participate in team meetings, and contribute to student progress discussions
• Respond effectively to behavioral challenges and demonstrate crisis intervention skills when necessary
