Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families
- Ability to collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and program outcomes
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting students’ behavioral and learning goals
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 behavior interventions as outlined in individualized education and behavior plans
- Collaborate with special education staff, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other team members
- Implement proactive and reactive behavior support strategies
- Record detailed session notes and progress data
- Support inclusion and adaptive strategies within classroom environments
- Attend ongoing training and participate in professional development
