• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in schools or with children (preferred)

• Ability to take direction from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and work as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs as directed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and program outcomes
• Communicate regularly with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure cohesive student support
• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support for students with a variety of needs
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Adapt to varying classroom settings and instructional styles as needed
