Qualifications:

• Commitment to maintaining all confidentiality and ethical guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and track data on student progress
• Utilize ABA techniques to promote skill development and decrease challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to support each student’s IEP goals
• Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on student progress
• Maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere in both one-on-one and group settings
