An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students across two campuses in the North Las Vegas, NV area. This contract role begins as a per diem position with the potential to transition into a full-time assignment during the current school year. It offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by supporting students' behavioral and developmental needs within a dynamic educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Work directly with students across two campuses, supporting individualized learning and behavioral goals
- Collect and record data to monitor student progress and program effectiveness
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care and learning
- Maintain professional and ethical standards as outlined by RBT certification requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing
- Experience supporting K-12 populations in school settings preferred
- Ability to manage caseload across multiple campuses efficiently
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with school teams and families
- Flexible availability to accommodate 25-30 hours per week initially, with potential for increased hours
Location: North Las Vegas, NV (working across two K-12 campuses)
