Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or behavioral health setting
  • Understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and clear communication with students and staff
  • Ability to document and report behaviors and interventions accurately
  • Flexibility and adaptability within a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted behavioral interventions and support plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to promote consistent practices and positive learning environments
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as assigned
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to encourage positive behaviors and social skills
  • Provide crisis intervention support, as needed, maintaining composure and professionalism
