Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings
• Knowledge of ABA therapy principles and data collection methods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one and small group ABA therapy sessions to students
• Accurately collect and record data on student progress
• Assist with the development of social, communication, and adaptive skills
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional RBT standards
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families as needed
