Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (please submit a screenshot with your application)
• Experience supporting K-12 students is highly valued
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic school settings
• Professionalism, reliability, and a strong sense of empathy

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans as developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data on student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers and related staff to promote students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
• Support a positive classroom atmosphere, using proactive strategies to encourage appropriate behaviors
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvements
