Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience implementing behavior plans in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to track data accurately and maintain meticulous records
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse behavioral and educational needs
  • Flexible, patient, and positive approach to challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follow individualized behavior intervention programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behaviors
  • Assist students in developing and practicing new skills in academic and social settings
  • Provide one-on-one or small-group support, as outlined in students’ education plans
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistency and progress
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment
