Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and implementation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach in fast-paced settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions based on student IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies consistently
• Assist in developing and maintaining a structured, positive classroom environment
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance service delivery
• Support students across various settings within K-8 classrooms
