Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA or RBT credential

- Ability to conduct assessments and create effective behavior intervention plans
- Commitment to collaborative, solution-oriented approaches
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work directly with students, educators, and support staff to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Assess students’ needs and monitor progress toward behavioral and academic goals
- Develop, update, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans in alignment with district goals for LRE
- Train teachers and paraprofessionals on best practices in behavior management and instructional strategies
- Maintain detailed records and provide input in IEP meetings to advocate for students with disabilities
