Key Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification and active status with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Previous experience working with children or youth in educational settings, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challenges
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work well alongside teachers, support staff, and families
  • Familiarity with data collection, ABA therapy principles, and individual behavior intervention plans
  • Flexible, professional, and patient with a proactive approach to daily tasks

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral support plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior, maintaining accurate and confidential records
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and staff trainings as needed
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students achieve their social, academic, and behavioral goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to adjust interventions based on student response
  • Utilize strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to respond to classroom dynamics
