Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Collaborative, team-oriented attitude and effective communication skills
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data consistently
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to students during the school day
  • Record ongoing data and track progress toward behavioral goals
  • Offer support and collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Contribute to IEP meetings or team discussions as needed to ensure student growth
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
