Registered Behavior Technician in Oakland, CA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RBT certification required.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children or adolescents, ideally within a school environment.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other clinicians to facilitate student success.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Compassionate communicator and patient listener committed to supporting diverse learners.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and analyze data to document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with students, guiding social and emotional development.
• Communicate observations and outcomes with teachers, school staff, and families.
• Help create safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
