Registered Behavior Technician in Ocean Springs, MS

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized with strong attention to detail for data collection and reporting
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group behavior interventions as outlined by supervising BCBA
• Collect, track, and report accurate data on student behaviors and progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Assist in developing and modifying individualized support strategies
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
• Adhere to all school protocols and confidentiality standards
