Registered Behavior Technician - Ocean Springs, MS

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working in a school or pediatric therapy setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA
• Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines and confidentiality
• Demonstrated reliability and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and record data to monitor student progress
• Work closely with BCBAs, teachers, and families to provide consistent support
• Maintain an organized and professional approach to documentation
• Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of students
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote prosocial behaviors
• Adapt to dynamic school settings and unique student needs
