Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working in a school or pediatric therapy setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA
- Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines and confidentiality
- Demonstrated reliability and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record data to monitor student progress
- Work closely with BCBAs, teachers, and families to provide consistent support
- Maintain an organized and professional approach to documentation
- Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of students
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote prosocial behaviors
- Adapt to dynamic school settings and unique student needs
