Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities, especially in school settings
• Proficient in implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
• Compassion, patience, and reliability

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data for progress monitoring and team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ individual needs
• Assist BCBA or supervising clinician in developing behavior strategies and interventions
• Maintain a safe, positive, and consistent classroom environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
