  • Proficient in collecting, organizing, and analyzing behavioral data

  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to student growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with a brother and sister, implementing behavior intervention plans and documenting progress
  • Collect, maintain, and report detailed behavioral data as required by the district
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to monitor and adjust support strategies
  • Provide one-on-one behavioral assistance and promote positive behavioral changes in students
  • Participate in team meetings to review student progress and contribute insights
  • Follow all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
