Registered Behavior Technician in Olathe, KS

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with educational professionals to deliver one-on-one and small group interventions, drive positive behavioral outcomes, and reinforce essential skills for student success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active and current RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings preferred
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation abilities
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability to respond to students’ unique needs
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral interventions to students as outlined in their support plans
• Capture detailed data and progress notes for review by the BCBA and educational team
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school psychologists to promote generalization of skills
• Uphold ethical standards and safeguard confidentiality of student information at all times
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
