What we’re looking for:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-5 or elementary-aged students
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques as applied in classroom environments
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and work collaboratively with educators and related service providers
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability to individual student needs
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with students in a specialized behavior classroom, supporting their academic and behavioral goals
• Carrying out individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting data and monitoring student progress, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Assisting classroom teachers with strategies that foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills throughout the school day
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions as needed
