Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT certification
  • Experience collaborating with students on the autism spectrum or with behavioral needs in a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with fidelity
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation effectively
  • Collaborative mindset and a patient, compassionate approach to working with youth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct one-on-one behavior intervention services to assigned students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Record and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere
  • Communicate regularly with school staff and families to provide updates and ensure consistency in interventions
