Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under supervision of BCBA or other clinical staff

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and family members to support each student's individual needs
• Follow behavior plans with consistency and fidelity
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
