Registered Behavior Technician - Olivehurst, CA

In this role, you’ll provide dedicated one-on-one guidance to a 1st grade male in a general education classroom, focusing on positive behavioral support. You'll collaborate closely with a BCBA and a paraprofessional, working as a team to implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). The chosen candidate will address intense behaviors, helping the student navigate attention-seeking and avoidance patterns and achieve academic and social success in the classroom.

Pay ranges from $30 to $45 per hour for 35 hours per week, offering a consistent and competitive income for a passionate RBT.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with younger students
• Strong skills in implementing BIPs collaboratively with a BCBA
• Background addressing challenging behaviors in children, with evidence-based strategies
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate one-on-one behavioral support in a general education classroom
• Implement and monitor individualized BIPs, responding to the unique needs of the student
• Maintain clear communication with the BCBA, paraprofessional, teachers, and family as needed
• Record daily behavioral data and progress toward goals
