Registered Behavior Technician in Olivehurst, CA

What You'll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA interventions for a first-grade student in a general education setting
• Implement and track progress on a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), addressing behaviors such as attention-seeking and avoidance
• Work closely with the BCBA to adapt strategies and interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with the student’s multidisciplinary team to support academic and behavioral goals
• Maintain documentation and data collection on student progress and response to interventions
• Foster a supportive, encouraging environment to help the student succeed in class

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred
• Background working with students who display intense behaviors is a strong advantage
• Skilled in following BIPs and collaborating with behavioral health professionals
• Excellent communication, patience, and observational skills
