Desired qualifications:

• Active RBT certification and compliance with state licensure requirements
• Previous experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
• Skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA or supervisor

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff to foster positive learning environments

• Participate in student meetings, training, and ongoing professional development sessions
• Support students’ academic and social goals through personalized instruction
• Uphold consistent communication with the clinical support team and participate in case reviews
