Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Olympia, Washington

What we’re looking for:

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Previous experience working in schools or pediatric environments preferred
• Strong skills in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Ability to collect and report data accurately and consistently
• Capacity for clear, professional communication with students, families, and staff
• Adaptability, patience, and passion for working with children and adolescents

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to students under the supervision of a BCBA
• Assist with developing and carrying out behavior support plans
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with staff and families to reinforce strategies and maintain consistency
• Attend meetings and training sessions as requested
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
