Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience working in a school, pediatric, or educational setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Ability to track and report data accurately and consistently
  • Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to supporting children with behavioral, developmental, or learning challenges

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or supervising clinician
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students requiring behavioral support
  • Monitor and document student progress using data collection tools
  • Communicate observations and progress to supervising team members
  • Participate in staff meetings, IEPs, and professional development as requested
  • Assist in creating positive, structured learning environments
