What we’re looking for:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Previous experience working in schools or pediatric environments preferred
- Strong skills in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Ability to collect and report data accurately and consistently
- Capacity for clear, professional communication with students, families, and staff
- Adaptability, patience, and passion for working with children and adolescents
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to students under the supervision of a BCBA
- Assist with developing and carrying out behavior support plans
- Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with staff and families to reinforce strategies and maintain consistency
- Attend meetings and training sessions as requested
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
