Opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work within an elementary school setting in Omaha, NE. This contract position supports K-5 students in behavior and foundational skills programs, focusing on developmental growth and positive behavioral interventions. The role offers consistent hours Monday through Friday with a clear schedule and direct collaboration with teachers and other behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans for 4-5 students in the Behavior Skills Program or 2-3 students in the Foundational Skills Program.
  • Work closely with Level 2 classrooms consisting of elementary students (K-5).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other Behavior Technicians to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide data collection and progress reporting aligned with individualized student goals.
  • Maintain a supportive and positive learning environment conducive to student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
  • Experience supporting elementary-aged students with behavioral or developmental challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to begin immediately and commit through May 22, 2026.

Schedule and Location:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Position located in Omaha, Nebraska.
  • No summer work status confirmed for this contract duration.
