Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification with current registration
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Familiarity with ABA techniques, including data collection and behavior intervention plans

- Ability to adapt to a changing educational environment and work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document behavioral data to track student progress
- Support students in academic, social, and behavioral goals in various school environments
- Provide feedback and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
