Registered Behavior Technician - Orono, ME

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification with current registration

• Ability to adapt to a changing educational environment and work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document behavioral data to track student progress
• Support students in academic, social, and behavioral goals in various school environments
• Provide feedback and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
