Essential Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required (must be current)
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with autism or behavioral needs in a school or similar setting
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions and data collection
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptable and compassionate, with a student-centered approach
• Ability to pass background screening and comply with state-mandated requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student behavior and intervention effectiveness
• Support students in classrooms, small groups, and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to promote positive behavioral changes
• Model positive reinforcement techniques and provide guidance as needed
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions
