What we’re looking for:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing
• Prior experience working in educational or pediatric behavioral health settings preferred
• Capacity to respond calmly and effectively to behavioral challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical guidelines
• Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a K-5 behavior classroom

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Supporting classroom routines and promoting positive behaviors
• Collecting data and maintaining accurate records on students’ progress
• Collaborating with BCBA, teachers, and other professionals to support student success
• Participating in meetings and ongoing training as required
• Assisting in creating a positive, enriching learning environment
