Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, in good standing
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated reliability and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and/or school staff
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and accurately record observational data on student progress
• Collaborate with educational staff to adapt strategies as needed for classroom success
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates and contributing to individualized education plans
• Support positive student behavior and foster a safe, encouraging learning environment
