This contract opportunity places you at the heart of special education services, supporting students with behavioral needs and collaborating closely with educational teams to foster a positive learning environment.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
  • Experience working within educational or pediatric environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, therapists, and parents.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children and adolescents.
  • Ability to maintain accurate data and follow behavioral intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Track and record student progress, submitting thorough and timely documentation.
  • Assist with conducting behavioral assessments and preparing materials as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and participate in school staff meetings.
  • Support students with social skills training, emotional regulation strategies, and daily classroom routines.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.
