Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
- Experience working within educational or pediatric environments preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, therapists, and parents.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children and adolescents.
- Ability to maintain accurate data and follow behavioral intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Track and record student progress, submitting thorough and timely documentation.
- Assist with conducting behavioral assessments and preparing materials as needed.
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and participate in school staff meetings.
- Support students with social skills training, emotional regulation strategies, and daily classroom routines.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.
