Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention plans
- Ability to follow directions and implement plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Strong documentation and data collection abilities
- Flexibility, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior intervention services to students under supervision of a BCBA
- Implement behavior support plans, collect data, and maintain accurate records
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to school staff and the supervising clinician
- Assist with classroom management and support individualized student needs
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment for students
