Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to follow directions and implement plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Excellent communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Strong documentation and data collection abilities
  • Flexibility, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior intervention services to students under supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement behavior support plans, collect data, and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor student progress and communicate observations to school staff and the supervising clinician
  • Assist with classroom management and support individualized student needs
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment for students
