Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans in classroom and small group environments
• Collect and record behavioral data for progress monitoring and reporting
• Support teachers and school staff in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
• Participate in team meetings as needed to discuss strategies and student progress

Position Details:

• Contract-based, part-time schedule—work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to noon
