Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and interventions
- Strong communication skills with both students and staff
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
- Professional, compassionate, and reliable with a positive attitude
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work closely with students to increase positive behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors
- Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and family members to ensure consistency and support
- Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing student assessments
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
