Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a vibrant school setting just outside of Philadelphia, PA. In this contract opportunity, you'll deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions, helping students reach their social, academic, and behavioral goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and interventions
  • Strong communication skills with both students and staff
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
  • Professional, compassionate, and reliable with a positive attitude

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work closely with students to increase positive behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors
  • Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and family members to ensure consistency and support
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing student assessments
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
