Registered Behavior Technician - Philadelphia, PA

Embark on a dynamic, full-time contract opportunity supporting students in school settings near Philadelphia, PA! We’re seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of students with behavioral needs. Multiple openings are available, spanning two sites and including specialized roles within Autistic Support classrooms for K–2 and middle school environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current RBT certification; able to maintain your certification independently if required
• Demonstrated school-based experience, particularly with Special Education students and those facing behavioral challenges
• Comfortable supporting students with changing needs and maintaining flexibility in fast-paced environments
• Reliable transportation to and from school sites
• Able to obtain all necessary Pennsylvania clearances
• Excellent references from previous educational settings
• Willingness to participate in a brief (15 minutes) Zoom interview
• Ability to specify site preference and position when applying
• Comfortable working in urban school contexts

Position Details:

• Full-time (35 hours per week), on-site roles, starting ASAP through June 10, 2027
• Five total openings: Chester Upland School of Arts (K–2 Autistic Support; seeking 3 RBTs—2 male, 1 female) and Toby Farms Middle School (2 male RBTs)
• Not open to paraprofessionals; RBT certificate must be provided at the time of application

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement and document behavioral plans
• Support students’ progress in inclusive and supportive classroom environments
• Remain adaptable to changing caseloads and unique student needs
