Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children in schools or pediatric settings is highly preferred
• Ability to implement individually designed behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Skilled in collecting and recording data on student progress
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable to diverse classroom dynamics

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Collect and document behavior data for ongoing evaluation and program adjustment
• Provide direct support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Engage in ongoing communication with school staff and families regarding student progress
• Assist in developing strategies to promote positive behaviors and support learning in school environments
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling student information
