Soliant Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time school-based contract position near Camden, New Jersey. This role provides 1:1 support for an elementary student.

Position Details

• Role: Registered Behavior Technician
• Area: Near Camden, NJ
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Contract Dates: ASAP–05/28/2027
• Setting: Elementary school
• Support: 1:1 student support
• Pay Range: $22–$26/hour
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) option

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support for an elementary student
• Implement behavior management strategies
• Support student participation and engagement throughout the school day
• Collaborate with classroom staff and school teams
• Maintain documentation and follow school procedures

Requirements

• Active RBT endorsement/certification required
• Associate degree minimum
• 2 years of recent behavior management experience required
