Pay: $24.50–$32.56 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

Setting: Elementary School, 1:1 Support
Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized behavioral support to an elementary school student. The ideal candidate has recent behavior management experience and a commitment to student success.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Track student progress and collect behavioral data.
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff.
Requirements
- RBT endorsement required.
- Associate degree minimum.
- At least 2 years of recent behavior management experience required.
