Soliant Education is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This opportunity involves providing 1:1 behavioral support to an elementary school student.

Position Details

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Caseload: 1:1 support for an elementary student

Setting: Onsite, School-Based

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification/endorsement required

Minimum of an Associate's Degree

At least 2 years of recent behavior management experience

Strong communication and behavior intervention skills

Ability to collaborate with teachers and school staff

Responsibilities

Provide individualized 1:1 behavioral support to an elementary student.

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies.

Monitor student progress and collect behavioral data.

Assist with behavior management, de-escalation, and positive reinforcement.

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote student success.
